How asking for Google reviews after conducting business is good for growth.
Within our field of work it is very important that our clients trust us and afterward report to others that they would indeed recommend our services – after all you wouldn’t want some schmuck installing your insulation right? This begins with Google reviews and we have been lucky enough to deal with wonderful clients who liked working with us so much that they almost always leave a 5-star google review. Below we have just a few of our reviews from our beloved clients as an example.
Without being annoying
Everyone wants more positive reviews, however asking for them from a client can be rather uncomfortable. Step out of the uncomfortable zone and if the client is praising you at the end of the transaction ask them politely: “would you mind leaving that as a Google review on our page, that would help us a bunch!”
Sounds easy right? Well yeah but it takes a few times to get accustomed to the “ask”, however in the long run it is totally worth it!
Not to worry, after all you can’t be loved by absolutely everyone right! If a bad review does pop up it is best to go ahead and reach out to that person or organization and see what went wrong and what you can do to the best of your ability to change their mind.
But if no changes come do not worry about it, it is better to focus on your strengths and get more positive reviews in than on correcting your weaknesses!
